                <text>Mobile learning (M-learning) is a new wave in the era of educational technology that provides informal, personal, voluntary and situated learning opportunities for both learners and educators. Mobile-based assessment is one of the emerging technologies that attract many scholars to investigate its effectiveness due to the wide spectrum of its features like portability, interactivity, flexibility, and ubiquity. Based on the surveyed literature, we noticed that there is a lack of studying the students' attitudes towards the utilization of mobile technologies in the context of e-Evaluation. The present study attempts to investigate the students' attitudes towards the utilization of mobile technologies in the e-Evaluation system of instructors. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey from Al Buraimi University College (BUC) in Oman. The total number of participants is 354 students. Findings indicated that 99% of the students own a mobile phone or tablet. Moreover, results indicated a statistically significant difference among the students’ attitudes in terms of their gender where the differences were in favor of male students. In contrast, results revealed no statistically significant differences among the students’ attitudes in terms of their age, degree, and department. Furthermore, other implications and future work are also reported in the study.</text>

Companies or organizations are no longer the exclusive owners of the relation of consumers with their products/services; instead, the survival of the organizations depends of the effective utilization of the social media. New web technologies have made it easy for anyone to create and distribute their own content.  A tweet can be viewed by virtually millions of people for free, and advertisers don’t have to pay publishers huge sums of money to embed their messages. More consumers are on social media than ever before, and every second a company is not engaged is a wasted opportunity [1]. Consumers trust other people to provide recommendations about products and services in a very active way and it is important to know how and why social media influence organizations.                 <text>In spite of the ultimate importance of procedural technical skills for most disciplines, there is shortage in the number of corresponding Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITSs). This paper proposes a cloud-based context-aware mobile ITS of Technical computer Skills (TS-ITS). TITS is developed as a mobile application to be ubiquitously providing a valuable learning tool. Due to the nature of technical skills, they require more complex ITSs relative to typical ones requiring, for example demonstration videos that need considerable storage space. Accordingly, TS-ITS is developed using mobile cloud computing to benefit from the cloud resources and make up for limited mobile resources. On the other hand, effective multiple choice, true and false and short-answer questions can be delivered to the mobile. This also has the advantage of facilitating maintenance of the data stores on the cloud. TS-ITS is context-aware delivering training material relevant to the topic the student is studying, the skill the student is trying to acquire or the task the student is trying to accomplish. Each skill is accompanied by a short demonstration video and to facilitate searching for a relevant one, keyword search is adopted. Personalized questions are delivered based on the skills of interest and the assessed student knowledge. TS-ITS can be adopted to other domains and extended to include advanced types of training material such as Virtual reality (VR) immersive environments and interactive questions as they become available.                 <text>Over the years, technology appears to be making life easier and better.  However, in some instances, it appears technology is counterproductive. Mobile learning devices, as the name suggests, have been developed to facilitate learning on the move.  The questions are: Are these devices truly facilitating learning? The fact in schools shows that not all of the learning process can be optimized by using blended learning.                 <text>Abstract—This study underlines the importance of mobile technologies in school family cooperation process. The aim is to specify expectations from mobile technologies and parent’s opinions and capacity of mobile learning whose children attend to elementary and primary schools at Nicosia, TRNC. In this study which is conducted in a survey model frame, 790 parents involved in the study group to specify parent’s level of using mobile tools, their opinions on usage of mobile devices in an educational purpose and on improvement of school-family cooperation with mobile technologies.In the study, a 2 dimensioned survey form used as data collection tool and gathered data processed appropiately to statistical teqniques with SPSS 21 package application. In data analysis, frequency, percentage values, t-test and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used. This is confirmed that parent’s opinion on the usage of mobile devices in an educational pupose is generally positive. On the other hand, this is also clear that the parent’s opinions on school-family cooperation and family participation with mobile technologies are positive. Parents stated that they can take education and information from relevant people of school with mobile technologies on child development and education. Also they specified the necessity of communicating with mobile technologies to take school-family cooperation to an advanced level.</text>

Our purpose of this study is to create a framework for providing the communication security among smart devices network for the internet of things using cloud computing. This study can be helpful for communication security problem in the framework of the Internet of Things. With the enhancement of mobile application tools like an Android studio, etc. and kinds of online support, the development of the mobile application is getting easier. Indeed, mobile application development is not a trivial task. When given a particular problem, a novice mobile programmer will commonly sketch the mobile interface followed by coding. The rapid prototyping technique and trial from errors have led to issues such as poor domain understanding. We argue that a complete understanding of the domain is needed for mobile application development. Hence, requirements engineering is an important phase. This paper introduces a technique to assist mobile application development through Agent-Oriented Requirements Engineering (AORE). AORE consists of goal modelling to analyse and understand a mobile-based project. With goal modelling, AORE allows a modeller to identify and analyse the functionalities and non-functionalities of the system and present a holistic view of the proposed system. It showcases the services, operations and constraints of the proposed system. AORE is a useful part of the development phase and can complement current steps in mobile application development lifecycle.</text>

                <text>This article will investigate obstacles hindering graduate students use of smartphones in their learning at The University of Jordan. The study employed a descriptive survey research method using a self-administered 21-item questionnaire. Out of the entire population of 1,100 graduate students from the School of Educational Sciences, a randomly purposeful sample of 227 was selected. Individuals within the sample owned smartphones. A total of 108 students responded to the questionnaire. This was 45% of the original study sample during the first semester of the 2016-2017 academic year. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were both secured. The study’s findings showed that the overall degree level of obstacles reported by graduate students was high. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in student estimates of obstacles due to their gender, age, place of work, first degree (BA), or computer skills. The researcher offered  suggestions for overcoming these obstacles in light of the student estimates.</text>

                <text>Nowadays, pharmaceutical mobile applications are widely used. Several features and functionality play an important role to support the real needs of users especially in primary medication. Users’ behaviors in the modern world have changed where users may prefer to access drug information using search engines via the Internet rather than consulting with professionals like pharmacists, doctors or experts. However, the drug information that users retrieve from the internet sources may provide inaccurate, incomplete or unreliable information.The questions are: can we decrease this phenomenon? Suppose that we are applying an application to a content provider, which application functionalities are suitable for users and support their real needs? Can the application encourage users to gather drug information via the application instead of searching via the internet sites? The proposed study aimed to develop a Pharmacy Assistant Mobile Application (PAMA) based on necessarily required features and functionalities which are designed and operate on the iOS operation system. The application performance has been tested and measured regarding the graphic user interface and the system acceptance level.The experimental results have been reviewed and an issue has been found which needs to be considered as an important factor when developing a healthcare mobile application for the real uses.</text>
